High in the mountains of Lesotho, Mosaku is anxiously awaiting the return of his older brother and  other young men of the village from an initiation ceremony. PARK THE PARK LE PARK, Randa Marufi, Randa Maroufi, MAROKO MOROCCO, 14 / 2015

Kamera sporo krivuda kroz napušteni zabavni park u srcu Kazablanke.

A slow meandering camera in an abandoned amusement park in the heart of Casablanca. The film draws a portrait of the youth who frequent this place and exposes snapshots of their life, meticulously reframed and often inspired by images found on social networks.

Randa Marufi (1987, Kazablanka), diplomac na Školi umjetnosti u Tetuanu (Maroko), Anžeru (Francuska) and Le Frenoa (Francuska). Ona ih sakuplja s onoliko žudnje koliko i sumnje, i neprestano propituje njihovu istinitost. Najviše voli da svoje dvosmislene igrane filmiće stavlja u službu realnosti, a polje njenog eksperimentisanja obuhvata i bavljenje javnim prostorom i pitianjima roda, kod kojih ona ističe temeljne mehanizme. Trenutno živi i radi u Parizu.

Randa Maroufi (1987, Casablanca), a Fine Arts graduate at Tetouan (Morocco), Angers (France) and Le Fresnoy (France). She belongs to the generation that grew up in an era dominated by images. She collects them with as much eagerness as suspicion, and ceaselessly questions their veracity. She prefers to put her ambiguous fictions in the service of reality, and the field of her experimentation encompasses the occupation of public space and gender issues, of which she highlights the founding mechanisms. She is currently living and working in Paris.
