Marija Ivanović-Nikičević rođena je 1990. godine u Podgorici, gdje je završila osnovno i srednje obrazovanje. U rodnom gradu diplomirala je na Fakultetu političkih nauka (studijski smjer – novinarstvo) 2013. godine. Od 2016. godine urednica je magazina Objektiv – vodič kroz film, TV i muziku, koji četvrtkom izlazi uz dnevni list Pobjeda. Od 2011. do 2016. radila je kao novinarka kulture i filmska kritičarka u Pobjedi, za koju je izvještavala sa niza filmskih festivala u regionu. Od juna 2012. do jula 2013. bila je PR kompanije Krug – Communications and Media. Pisala je za digitalni filmski magazin Camera Lucida; časopis za pozorište, izvedbene umjetnosti i kulturu GEST, kao i za Inflight – časopis kompanije Montenegro Airlines. Dobitnica je godišnje nagrade lista Pobjeda za najboljeg novinara (2017). Članica je Federacije filmskih kritičara Evrope i Mediterana (FEDEORA).

Marija Ivanovic-Nikicevic was born in 1990 in Podgorica, where she completed her elementary and secondary education. She graduated from the Faculty of Political Sciences in her hometown (deparment of journalism) in 2013. Since 2016, she has been the editor of the magazine Objective – guide through film, TV and music, published every Thursday with the daily newspaper Pobjeda. From 2011 to 2016, she worked as a cultural journalist and film critic in Pobjeda, where she also reported from regional film festivals. Between 2012 and 2013, she was the PR representative for the company Krug – Communications and Media. She has written for the digital film magazine Camera Lucida; the magazine for theatre, perfroming arts and GEST culture, as well as Inflight – magazine of Montenegro Airlines. She received Pobjeda’s annual award for Best Journalist in 2017. Marija is also a memeber of FEDEORA, the Federation of Film Critics of Europe and the Mediterranean.
