Ilir Hasanaj je filmski reditelj sa korijenima u Kosovu i Švajcarskoj, što mu daje jedinstvenu mješavinu kulturnih uticaja. Usavršio je svoje vještine na Fakultetu za umjetnost u Cirihu (ZHdK) i od tada stvara provokativne dokumentarne filmove koji odjekuju širom svijeta. Njegovo čuveno djelo Me dasht‘ me dasht‘ me dasht‘ ostvarilo je uspjeh na prestižnim međunarodnim festivalima od 2017. do 2020. godine, uključujući projekcije na Toronto Hot Docs Film Festivalu, Solothurn Film Festivalu i Dokufestu, gdje je osvojio nagradu publike. Sa filmom Radnička krila osvojio je prestižnu nagradu Tiger Short na Međunarodnom filmskom festivalu u Rotterdamu 2024. godine.
Ilir Hasanaj is a filmmaker with roots in both Kosovo and Switzerland, embodying a unique blend of cultural influences. He honed his craft with a degree in Film from the Zurich University of the Arts (ZHdK) and has since created thought-provoking documentaries that resonate globally. His acclaimed work, Me dasht‘ me dasht‘ me dasht‘ enjoyed success at esteemed international festivals from 2017 to 2020, including screenings at the Toronto Hot Docs Film Festival, Solothurn Film Festival, and Dokufest, where it received the audience award. Ilir’s film Workers’ Wings earned him the prestigious Tiger Short Award at the International Film Festival Rotterdam in 2024.
