U kući pod brdom živi Slavka. Zimi je kod nje majka Miluša, o kojoj brine. Sprema joj hranu, oblači je, pomaže. Problem sa nesanicom rješava kućnim poslovima i sitnim obavezama. Daje nesanici priliku da živi. Kad sjedne, tišina je muči. U radionici, gdje je nekad muž radio, osim praznog prostora i prašinom prekrivenih mašina, nalaze se ugalj i drva za loženje. Siđe po drva i ugalj, nekad upali mašinu. Više da je čuje. Na njoj razloži drva na sitne komade. Kad dođe noć, legne, ali brzo dočeka još jedno jutro dana koji, čini se, nikad ne prolazi.
Slavka lives in a house beneath the hill. During winter, her mother Miluša stays with her. She takes care of her, cooks, dresses her, helps her. She deals with insomnia by keeping herself busy with housework and small daily tasks. She gives insomnia space to live. When she sits down, the silence bothers her. In the workshop where her husband used to work, besides the empty space and dust-covered machines, there are piles of coal and firewood. She goes down to collect them. Sometimes she starts the machine, just to hear the sound. She chops the wood into small pieces on it. At night, she lies down, but soon enough, another morning arrives, another day that never seems to end.
Aleksa Bujisić (2001, Pljevlja) odrastao je u Podgorici, diplomirao na Fakultetu za dizajn i multimediju, smjer Film i mediji, na Univerzitetu Donja Gorica. Tokom 2022. godine, u okviru Erasmus+ programa, živio je i studirao u Atini, na Univerzitetu West Attica, Odsjek za fotografiju i audiovizuelne umjetnosti. Od 2023. godine je na master studijama Filmske i TV režije na Fakultetu dramskih umjetnosti na Cetinju. Tokom studija realizovao je pet kratkih filmova koji su bili prikazivani na regionalnim i međunarodnim festivalima. Alumnista je Reykjavik Talent Lab programa, kao i Jugendfilmtage filmskog kampa. Trenutno živi u Bratislavi, gdje završava posljednji semestar master studija na Akademiji scenskih umjetnosti.
Aleksa Bujisić (2001, Pljevlja) spent his formative years in Podgorica. He graduated from the Faculty of Design and Multimedia, Film and Media programme at the University of Donja Gorica. In 2022, as part of the Erasmus+ programme, he lived and studied in Athens, Greece, at the University of West Attica, Department of Photography and Audiovisual Arts. In 2023 he began his MA studies of Film and TV Directing at the Faculty of Dramatic Arts. Throughout his studies, he has completed five short films, some of which have been screened at regional and international festivals. He is an alumnus of the Reykjavik Talent Lab and Jugendfilmtage Talent Camp. Currently, he is based in Bratislava, completing the final semester of his MA studies at the Academy of Performing Arts.
