Sinopsis

Stefan Štreker je rođen u Briselu. Postao je novinar sa ciljem da upozna ljude kojima se najviše divio na svijetu – filmskim stvaraocima. U tom svojstvu je objavio brojne intervjue za belgijsku štampu. Takođe je radio kao filmski kritičar za radio i štampane medije i kao fotograf, što je proizvelo brojne omote albuma. A Wedding (Noces) je njegov treći dugometražni film nakon filma Michael Blanco (2004), koji je sniman u ,,gerila’’ stilu u Los Anđelesu uz pomoć par prijatelja, i The World Belongs to Us (2013) sa glumačkom postavom koja obuhvata Vinsenta Rotijea, Olivijea Gurmea i Redu Kateb. A Wedding je bio u selekciji preko 40 filmskih festivala širom svijeta, gdje je osvojio više od 15 nagrada. Ovaj film je nominovan za nagradu Cezar 2018. godine u kategoriji Najbolji strani film.

Stephan Streker was born in Brussels, and first became a journalist with the aim of meeting the people he admired most in the world –filmmakers. In this capacity, he published lengthy interviews for the Belgian press. He also worked as a film critic for both radio and print media and as a photographer (artistic, press and portraiture), producing numerous album covers. A Wedding (Noces) is his third feature-length film following Michael Blanco (2004), shot “guerilla” style in Los Angeles with the help of a few friends, and The World Belongs to Us (2013) starring Vincent Rottiers, Olivier Gourmet and Reda Kateb. A Wedding has been selected in over 40 film festivals worldwide, earning more than 15 awards. The film has been nominated at the César 2018 in the category Best Foreign Film.
