Mikhail Železnikov (1972, Lenjingrad) od 2011. godine vodi takmičenje eksperimentalnih kratkih filmova In Silico na filmskom festivalu Message To Man. 2012. godine je bio jedan od organizatora festivala eksperimentalnog filma Kinodot. U periodu od 2015. do 2019. godine je predavao na Državnom institutu za kulturu u Sankt Peterburgu, a od 2016. do 2021. godine, u Školi novog filma u Sankt Peterburgu. 2019. godine je bio jedan od kustosa eksperimentalnog projekta Per Forma 2 Stage u Velikom dramskom teatru. Od 2019. do 2024. godine je predavao dokumentarni film na Državnom univerzitetu filma i televizije u Sankt Peterburgu.

Since 2011, Mikhail Zheleznikov (1972, Leningrad) has curated experimental short film competition In Silico at Message To Man film festival. In 2012, he co-organized experimental film festival Kinodot. In the period of 2015-2019 he was teaching at St. Petersburg State Institute of Culture, in 2016-2021 in St. Petersburg New Cinema School. In 2019, he was one of the curators of the experimental project Per Forma 2 Stage at the Big Drama Theater. From 2019 till 2024, he taught documentary filmmaking at St. Petersburg State University of Film and Television.
