O festivalu

Vantakmičarski program Kino Evropa obuhvata recetna ostvarenja etabliranih evropskih autora.

Glavni cilj Festivala je da promoviše regionalnu i svjetsku kinematografiju, posebno otvarajući prostor za autorke i autore i filmove koji njeguju autentičan umjetnički senzibilitet, hrabar pristup društvenoj stvarnosti, filmskom jeziku i produkciji, sa akcentom na predstavljanju presjeka savremenih poetika i izraza.

The Herceg Novi – Montenegro Film Festival is the most significant film festival in Montenegro, running for over three decades. The international program of the 34th edition of the festival consists of competition selections: feature-length fictional films, student films, and the Network of Adriatic Region Festivals selection. The non-competition program, Kino Evropa, features recent works by established European authors.

The primary aim of the Festival is to promote regional and world cinema, with a particular focus on creating space for female and male filmmakers and films that nurture authentic artistic sensibilities, a courageous approach to social realities, and distinctive cinematic language and production.
