Bojan Vuletić je diplomirao je filmsku i TV režiju na Fakultetu dramskih umetnosti u Beogradu. Doktorirao je na istom Fakultetu.
Njegov prvi dugometražni igrani film, u srpsko-nemačko-francusko-hrvatsko-mađarskoj koprodukciji, „Praktičan vodič kroz Beograd sa pevanjem i plakanjem“ premijerno je prikazan u takmičarskom East of the West programu na festivalu u Karlovim Varima. Osvojio je više nacionalnih i internacionalnih nagrada: nagradu FEDEORA kritike na PULA FF, FIPRESCI na festivalu Cinema City, specijalnu nagradu žirija u Južnoj Koreji.
Njegov drugi igrani film „Rekvijem za Gospođu J.“ imao je svetsku premijeru na Berlinskom festivalu 2017. u programu Panorama Special. Osvojio je više nagrada na nacionalnim i internacionalnim festivalima: FIPRESCI na Sofia Film Festivalu, Grand Prix na goEast Wisbaden FF, Ontrato FF, FEST, bio je prikazan u Kanu, u Acid programu i nominovan je za više EFA nagrada, kao i nagradu OSKAR. Kreator je popularne TV serije „Porodica“ koja je sa velikim uspehom prikazana u celom regionu, kao i TV serije „PAD“. Kao ko-scenarista napisao je scenarija za dugometražne igrane filmove.: „Strahinja Banović“, „Irina“, „Lubav i drugi zločini“ i TV seriju „Deca Zla“. Član je Asocijacije filmskih reditelja Srbije i zaposlen kao docent na Fakultetu za medije i komunikacije u Beogradu.
Bojan Vuletic graduated in Film and TV Directing from the Faculty of Dramatic Arts in Belgrade, where he also got his PhD.
The premiere of his first feature film, a coproduction of Serbia, Germany, France, Croatia and Hungary, took place during the official East of the West programme at the Karlovy Vary Festival. He won many national and international awards: FEDEORA Critics Award at the PULA FF, FIPRESCI Award at the Cinema City Festival, special jury award in South Korea.
His second feature film ’’Requiem for Mrs. J’’ had its world premiere at the Berlinale in 2017, in the Panorama Special programme. It won several awards at national and international festivals: FIPRESCI Award at the Sofia Film Festival, Grand Prix at the goEast Wisbaden FF, Ontrato FF, FEST. It was screened at Cannes, in the Acid programme and nominated for several EFA awards and an Academy Award. He is the creator of the popular TV series ”Family” which was received with remarkable success in the whole region, and of the TV series ”The Fall”. He co-wrote feature films: ”Strahinja Banovic”, ”Irina”, ”Love and Other Crimes”, and TV series ”Children of Evil”. He is a member of the Association of Film Directors of Serbia and currently works at the Faculty of Media and Communications in Belgrade.
