Alek is a teenager who sees the world through the lens of his father’s pornography business. Moving to a quiet coastal town gives him a chance for a fresh start. Muriel d’Ansembourg (1972) is a Dutch screenwriter and director, and a graduate of the prestigious London Film School. Her award-winning short films and documentaries often explore intimacy in unconventional settings. She is known for her naturalistic approach, pushing boundaries, and combining professional actors with non-professional performers. Her film Truly naked premiered at the Berlinale.
