Bijegom u novi život, skupinama migranata tačka tranzicije je Rijeka. Tamo do sljedećeg putovanja žive na željezničkoj stanici. I svi nailaze na Tinku, koja se bori za bolje uslove i njihov siguran odlazak. Dok ne ode iz Rijeke i ona sama.
The city of Rijeka is the point of transition for groups of migrants fleeing to a new life. There they live at the train station until the next trip. That is where they all meet Tinka, a young woman who is fighting for better life conditions in their makeshift residence and their safe departure. Until she leaves Rijeka herself.
Lucija Brkić (2000), diplomirala je kulturalne studije na Filozofskom fakultetu u Rijeci i magistrirala režiju na Akademiji dramske umjetnosti u Zagrebu. Autorka je tri kratka dokumentarna filma: Jednog petka popodne (Filmaktiv, 2021), Jel’ kužiš sad? (Blank, 2022) i U tranzitu (ADU, 2024) za koji osvaja nagradu za najbolji kratki film ZagrebDoxa 2024.
Lucija Brkic (2000) holds a Bachelor’s degree in Cultural Studies from the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences at the University of Rijeka and a Master’s degree in Film Directing from the Academy of Dramatic Art in Zagreb. She is the author of three short documentary films: One Friday Afternoon (Filmaktiv, 2021), Do You Get It Now? (Blank, 2022), and In Transit (Academy of Dramatic Art, 2024), for which she won the award for Best Short Film at ZagrebDox 2024.
