Actress Branka Pujić Jovanović, playwright and screenwriter Armin Behrem, and screenwriter Ernesto Kolarić are the jury members for the Student Film competition program of the 39th Herceg Novi Film Festival – Montenegro Film Festival.

Branka Pujić Jovanović
Branka Pujić Jovanović is a theater, film, and television actress, and a full professor at the Faculty of Dramatic Arts in Belgrade, where she graduated in acting in the class of Prof. Vladimir Jevtović.

During her rich pedagogical career, she pursued further training in France (contemporary ballet) and Argentina (tango) and participated in numerous seminars in Serbia and the region. She has achieved notable roles in theater, film, television, and radio. She has collaborated with prominent authors and artists in Serbia, Italy, Russia, and countries across the region. She has performed in hit plays such as Baal, A Flea in Her Ear, In the Heat of Passion, Chicago Perversions, A Streetcar Named Desire. As a choreographer, she has collaborated with the Yugoslav Drama Theatre, the National Theatre, Zvezdara Theatre, and Atelje 212.
She is the recipient of several Vitomir Bogić awards for the best radio drama role, as well as recognitions at the Comedy Festival in Jagodina and the Film Festival in Golubac, the Golden Badge for contribution to culture, and the Plaque of Honorary Citizen of Zemun. As an actress, pedagogue, and professor, she is dedicated to educating new generations of artists and developing theater and film arts in Serbia.
Armin Behrem
Armin Behrem is a dramaturge, playwright, and screenwriter from Sarajevo. He graduated in dramaturgy from the Academy of Performing Arts in Sarajevo, in the class of screenwriter Prof. Dr. Elma Tataragić. During his studies, he was awarded multiple times for his artistic work and student engagement.

He attended master’s studies in musicology at the Music Academy in Sarajevo and the University of Trento. He completed his Master’s in film and theater dramaturgy at the Academy for Performing Arts Baden-Württemberg (Akademie für Darstellende Kunst), and spent his final semester at the Berlin University of the Arts, where he worked on a new dramatic text under the mentorship of Sivan Ben Yishai.
His play Podroom was staged at the Sarajevo War Theatre, three co-authored plays were staged in Ludwigsburg, as well as at the Rampe and Schauspiel theaters in Stuttgart, and the play 11 Minutes in Space was selected by an international jury as one of the best in the regional Sarajevo Theatre Showcase competition.
As an author, dramaturge, and author of dramatizations, he has been engaged in artistic projects in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, Croatia, and Germany. He is the co-screenwriter of the Montenegrin feature film Pu spas za sve nas. He writes and works in Bosnian, English, and German.
Ernesto Kolarić
Ernesto Kolarić, screenwriter (Bačka Palanka, 1978). He grew up in Herceg Novi and completed high school in Kotor. He finished his studies at the Faculty of Dramatic Arts in Cetinje, where he developed an artistic interest in short forms, as well as television production.
He is an author, co-author, and collaborator on numerous television projects.

The 39th Herceg Novi Film Festival – Montenegro Film Festival will be held from August 22 to 28, at multiple locations in Herceg Novi, under the slogan “All the Colors of Film.”
