Between light, metal, and silver, Badge Film transforms a collection of solidarity badges into an archive of another dimension, a specter of exile and the international struggle against the Portuguese fascist and colonial regime.
María Rojas Arias is a director and visual artist. Her film Abrir Monte (2021) was awarded at the Ji.hlava International Documentary Film Festival, Valdivia International Film Festival, and Kinoforum.
Andrés Jurado is a director and researcher. His film The Rebirth of Carare (2020) received Special Mention at the FIDMarseille festival, where his film Welcome Interplanetary and Sidereal Space Conquerors (2024) also premiered.
