After being expelled from school in his hometown, Tarik is forced to leave his mother Marija and move to Novi Pazar to live with his father Safet and his family.
Adem Tutic is an award-winning filmmaker and Film Directing student at the Faculty of Dramatic Arts in Belgrade. His films explore identity and belonging. Forty won the Bronze Egg at Kustendorf, while Tarik received the Heart of Sarajevo for Best Student Film. He is developing his debut feature documentary, Chahid’s Home.
