Miloš Jaćimović is a Serbian cinematographer working between New York City and Southeast Europe.

His recent credits include My Late Summer (2024), directed by Academy Award winner Danis Tanović, which had its world premiere as the opening film of the 30th Sarajevo Film Festival. He served as cinematographer on The Uncle (2022), directed by David Kapac and Andrija Mardešić, winner of the Proxima Jury Special Award at the Karlovy Vary International Film Festival. His collaboration with director Ivan Ikić includes Oasis (2020), which premiered at the Venice Film Festival’s Giornate degli Autori, won the Europa Cinemas Label, and was selected as Serbia’s official submission for the Academy Awards, as well as Barbarians (2014), which premiered at Karlovy Vary.

His first feature credit as cinematographer was Tilva Roš (2010), directed by Nikola Ležaić, winner of the Heart of Sarajevo Award for Best Film and nominee for the European Film Academy Award for European Discovery.

His feature directorial debut is the film Zalazak.

Jaćimović has received several cinematography awards, including the Best Cinematography Award from the Serbian Association of Cinematographers for Oasis, the Serbian Association of Cinematographers Award for The Uncle in the minority co-production feature narrative category, the Best Cinematography Award at SEEfest Los Angeles for Borders, Raindrops, the City of Belgrade Annual Award in Motion Pictures for Tilva Roš, and a Special Jury Prize for Cinematography at the Manaki Brothers International Cinematographers’ Film Festival for Nylon Dressed Ground.

He studied cinematography at the Faculty of Dramatic Arts in Belgrade and has worked as a lecturer and mentor with film students and young authors through the Sarajevo Talent Campus, a masterclass organized by the Serbian Association of Cinematographers, as well as guest lectures at NYU Tisch School of the Arts and The New School for Social Research in New York.
