Twenty-five years after being kidnapped during the war in Kosovo, painter Skender Muja recounts his story of survival. Captured with Albanian civilians from Mitrovica in a former school turned detention center, he faced fear and uncertainty. Through Muja’s testimony, the film interweaves reflections on the transformative power of art with reconstructed scenes, bearing witness to resilience and creativity as a means of survival.
